Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Has the Minister indicated that there have been some recent court rulings that have changed the legal landscape in regard to pay equity? In fact, the Minister has indicated previously that, my understanding is, they are going to the courts to see if they could have, based on those new court rulings, the pay equity complaint struck down. If that is, in fact, the case and given the fact there is significant competition for scarce resources as we will be seeing in this House when we vote on the motion for education, at that point, would the Minister be prepared to consider, if there is no movement in taking part of that money and putting it to some of these demands for scarce resources?
