Mr. Speaker, the collective agreement, hopefully, that will be signed over the next few months, will give some assurance that the members of the bargaining unit and the employees working for the Government of the Northwest Territories would be covered under that collective agreement. I guess the concern is, within that collective agreement, is there any assurance that the Minister can give that those employees working today for the GNWT will be working for the new Nunavut government after April 1, 1999?
