Mr. Speaker, my supplementary to the Minister is in regard to the condition of the roads in the part of the constituencies we are talking about, in the South Slave and in his constituency. In fact, the road bed itself is in fairly good shape and based on that consideration, the reality is you could chip seal small portions on a yearly basis, over the long-term and not incur a huge up front, one time initial capital investment. You would also start to realize savings on the operations and maintenance side, that would help offset that program. Thank you.
