It tends to be the same subject as my honourable colleague, Mr. O'Brien, was questioning on. Mr. Speaker, I wonder if the Minister could supply the House with a breakdown as to where all this money is going for this program. What particular regions? I know this is kind of a detailed question, but could the Minister supply the House with a breakdown as to exactly what regions are benefitting from this program and how much?
