Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My question is also for the Premier. Mr. Speaker, in reply to the last question that was asked to the Premier, he had indicated that acts are complicated and a Ministers may not be aware of everything in them but that deputy ministers and presidents are there to tell them if they are in contravention of the act. What I would like to ask the Premier, if a Minister is told that he is in contravention, that he or she is in contravention of an act, does he expect that Minister to rectify the problem so he is no longer in contravention of the act?
