In regards to the user pay user say program, which is presently under process, and programs which used to be done by the Department of Public Works, now done mostly by the departments themselves, is there any time frame to phase out this whole idea of user pay, user say, and have the departments put these costs directly into the Main Estimates?

Thank you, Madam Chairperson. We have almost concluded all of the transfers to the departments so we should not see too many more of these sorts of transfers. In most cases, the departments are now fully responsible for controlling all of their expenditures.
