Then I would take it, by the Minister's comments, that we will be building roads to resources. We have an open door policy for all companies that are out there that are interested in extracting resources within the Northwest Territories. It seems, to me, that it is not being done. I would have to ask the Minister how many companies are we dealing with in that same nature? Is it only this company and this instance that we are using for the road to Colville Lake, or are there other negotiations going on for routes in other areas, because we have a lot of activity going on?
