Mr. Chairman, Mr. Steen has raised, I think, a valid concern, a point of order -- perhaps a point of clarification -- that relates to a question I wanted to ask as well. With Mrs. Groenewegen's resignation, does that essentially take away the requirement or the task of the committee to consider only recommendation 2? Does it still leave recommendations 1, 3 and 4 before us? On that point of order or clarification, it is a valid one and I would appreciate it, Mr. Chair, if you would indeed take the time if required, perhaps a short break, to have a careful look at this and come back with your guidance to the committee.
