Mr. Speaker, I am prepared to take this suggestion to the department to see whether or not we would be running this draft legislation by people like MADD or the student organization as well. However, I would have to take that into consideration as to whether I have the ability to do this. I have to caution that I may not have the ability to do this, I may have to present it as it is through the Assembly and then the process would be through the committee process where people would have the ability to respond.
