I believe that the only plan the department was looking at was what we put forward through the highway toll bill whereby, rather than borrow simply on a system where we would pay back, we also had a plan where we were raising the revenue as well, and that would reduce the amount of borrowing.

The financial aspect of this whole plan to accelerate Highway No. 3 is not something that we were considering separate to what was being proposed by Robinson Trucking and the band. They were suggesting that we were going to do the job over two years and finance it through a borrowing process. We did not, as a department, feel that this would do any good. Thank you.
