These letters request that the Minister raise the small business corporation tax threshold, lower the small business tax rate, reduce the general corporation tax rate and some of the letters are asking for the elimination of the NWT payroll tax. AND WHEREAS Members of the Executive Council are appointed by the Commissioner on the recommendation of the Legislative Assembly;
