Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I would like to recognize Mr. Eddy Dillon of Tuktoyaktuk. Mr. Dillon is the former mayor of Tuktoyaktuk and has been active on many Inuvialuit boards as well as on the Northwest Territories Water Board.
