My question is addressed to the Minister responsible for RWED, and it is in relation to the climate change which is affecting all of us in the world, especially the North, and specifically the government's long-awaited Greenhouse Gas Strategy as it ties into the broader energy strategy, and how we are going to as a Territory deal with this very important issue that costs a lot of money and has such a significant impact on climate. Could the Minister indicate where the Greenhouse Gas Strategy is in its development? Thank you.
