Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question today is for the Minister responsible for Education, Culture and Employment. Yesterday I asked him questions around the area of homelessness. Although the Premier identified Mr. Allen as the Minister responsible, there are indications that Education, Culture and Employment may in fact be ultimately responsible. I was wondering if the Minister could inform me and the House as to what the relationship is between victims of homelessness and Education, Culture and Employment and their responsibility?
