Mr. Speaker, as I said, we do, as part of the business planning process, ask departments to provide pretty detailed information on their hiring practices for that year. As well, we also ask each one to have a human resources planning process in place, so that they can make sure that they have a plan of how they are going to improve their statistics. This includes training on the job and so on.
I think the process is there. It is in the business planning process. If Members wanted to have more detail on a particular region or a particular department and want to do it through some other method, we would be open to looking at how we could facilitate that. Thank you.
