Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, that may be somewhat of an extreme example. I take the Member's point. We met with Ms. Peterson here over the break. The issue was raised. We are prepared to look at an amendment to this clause. I do not want to preclude the debate if the Member would like to expound further, but we are prepared to look at an amendment in terms of what is appropriate in terms of ill-treatment, in regard to emotional ill-treatment. I believe there was an understanding that we could have this clarified and stood down and dealt with tomorrow. Thank you.
