Could it not be considered an unreasonable invasion of a third party's personal privacy where the information relates to a third party's classification, salary range and discretionary benefits? If you look at all other positions within the Government of the Northwest Territories, for example, UNW employees, we know what range they would fall under and what category they would fall under for salaries and what termination benefits would be included in that. Mr. Chairman, we are talking about a confidential termination contract and the terms of that, and without either an unreasonable invasion of the third party's personal privacy and also without having given them opportunity to intervene if they choose to, then it would not be right to divulge this information publicly. If the Member is asking about contracts and salary ranges, we can certainly talk about categories in that sense, but not specific information of this nature. Thank you.
