Mr. Speaker, further to my question around the health board re-organization that the department is beginning to work on, the Minister stated that they are going to be doing some work and hopefully by this fall we will have some ideas of what this will entail. I would like to know from the Minister if, in fact, when they are looking at the financial side of it, the impacts, if the department or Cabinet has looked at the fact that this money will have to come from other sources than our own. Is that the case? Thank you.
