Mr. Chairman, in terms of the municipalities, we did have a number of meetings with the municipalities to talk about bringing them on to the legislation, and we had a number of concerns that were expressed by the municipalities in having the legislation apply to them. One of the main concerns that they had was just the capacity of the municipality to actually abide by the legislation and have the record keeping that they would need to have in terms of their records to fall under this act. There were other issues around training, as well, that they discussed at the meetings that we held with them. So at this point, we're not prepared to bring them under the legislation, but that's something that we could consider in the future.
We haven't had any of the municipalities come forward to us either, asking that this is something they would like to do. We have worked with the City of Yellowknife on a directive that they would use or some guidelines that they would use on providing to their citizens on the whole issue of access and information. Thank you.
