Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the $15 million is at this time spread over a 10-year period, roughly $1.5 million a year, plus whatever we'll receive based on population. Up to now we had some very preliminary discussions with the NWTAC members and I believe three or four mayors must have taken part in the discussions, but we never identified any particular communities or projects at this point in time other than trying to prioritize what services would be the most needed. It seems obvious that water and sewage programs will be a high priority right now. Thank you.
