Thank you, Mr. Speaker. At present we are considering this a logical step in terms of program development that rationalizes the service delivery of health and social services in keeping with the direction taken with, for example, the divisional education council, with what has happened in the Deh Cho to rationalize and bring the services within the specific administration of the region. That is the approach. Should there be an opportunity down the road to get compensated for some of the costs through self-government negotiations, of course we would love to do that.
