Mr. Speaker, the issue of dealing with the child or the youth and their family as a unit and not singling out the youth or the child as the problem, is a key point and principle. It's something that we try to engage in when we deal with children and their families. We will make every reasonable effort to in fact involve the families in these particular cases. Thank you.
