Mr. Speaker, once again, my priority as Minister in this government is to provide the best possible level of health and social services to all the people in the Northwest Territories. We recognize there are different levels of services in some of the communities, especially the smaller ones, and we are of the opinion that it would be very poor management to let current facilities fall to wrack and ruin and focus only on building new facilities. So we are trying to maintain a balance to address both issues. Thank you.
