Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I have had a chance to look at the Hansard from yesterday's Committee of the Whole and I have a few questions I would like to ask the Minister of Health and Social Services because I would like some clarification on some discussion we had late in the day yesterday with respect to capital projects and renovations to the Hay River Health Centre. Mr. Speaker, I quote from unedited Hansard: "I would just like to point out that I made a considerable effort to make sure that we moved Hay River up a year and that it stayed on the list." From this, Mr. Speaker, I take it - and I would like confirmation from the Minister - that he is committed to and believes that the project and renovation of the Hay River hospital has been well substantiated and has been moved forward by him and he supports it.
