Thank you. I realize I'm running out of time, so I'm going to come around once again but just a last question on this issue. I had someone in my riding conveying the difficulty that she had in getting a permit to have a commercial operation of trucking in the Territories. She felt that maybe with all of the increases in activities going on, that government or whoever she was talking to was not keeping up with the level of expertise that was required to accommodate this. I'm just wondering if the department or the Minister could advise me if there's a level of expertise required to provide information to the public about anyone who wants to operate commercial trucks in the Territories.
