Thank you, Madam Chair. As with every Cabinet that comes into power, they were faced with a decision as to whether they should collect on an agreement that was signed or if they would look at other opportunities or options that might be available to them. I can only suggest that this situation, the idea of keeping employment going, and keeping operations going, and still getting the principal amount back to the government was enough for Cabinet to decide that this was the best agreement at the time. There is still an operation ongoing, there are still jobs that are paying taxes as well. That was part of the puzzle and is existing today. Thank you.
