Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, as was pointed out in this House yesterday, the issue of cross-cultural training is one where there's a gap in service. Currently it's left to each authority and board to implement and carry on with cross-cultural training as required. One of the problems we have with high turnover of staff, especially nurses in the small communities, is being able to, in fact, do that in a timely way. So there is through the boards the capacity to set up that kind of training. Is it being done as effectively as it could be? I believe it's an area that I've already committed to looking at with the authorities and board Chairs. Thank you.
