Thank you. I'm glad that my colleague from Yellowknife Centre is in agreement that assessment is a critical component of Municipal and Community Affairs' function. Just another note to add to his comments. If the assessment that communities, individuals receive for their assessment role, if they're not quite satisfied or if they don't think it's right or accurate, we have three levels of appeal that they can go through. The first one is revision, the second one is to the tribunal and lastly is the courts. Those provisions are there for people, if they feel they are not treated fairly they have those three avenues they can pursue. Thank you.
