Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The ongoing work through various other programs can easily be dovetailed into preparation for pipeline, and we deem to be playing a role in it that there is always something out there. I do feel though, Mr. Chairman, that from a kind of a political and a senior administrative level, certainly from an optics point of view, that the government is still missing the boat on this one. A Mackenzie Valley pipeline office, you know, that is going to be, I think, a pretty important place. I think it is going to be a pretty important office for our government in our efforts to cope with this, and we are not starting off with a good balance here of addressing all of the regulatory, the bureaucratic and fiscal, as well as the social stuff. We don't have that balance here. It is just not here and that is what is missing, and my objection to this particular item remains, Mr. Chairman. Thank you.
