Thank you, Mr. Speaker, and thank you, colleagues. Let's get back to the kind of thinking that saw things like Arctic College campuses in Inuvik and Fort Smith, and NWT Library Services and the Power Corporation in Hay River, to name a few examples. This is a government of the Northwest Territories, not the government of Yellowknife, and it is time that the regions got together and said enough is enough.
