Mr. Speaker, we have, we believe, about 80 percent of the Northwest Territories are covered in the smaller communities. We have arrangements with some communities, which I listed in this House last week. We are going to continue to work with those communities that don't have arrangements right now. As I have indicated, we intend to roll this program out, and we will work with each community to work on a suitable process, so that nobody is disadvantaged after November 1st. Thank you.
