Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, one of the ways we are hoping to devolve some of the authorities and responsibilities is through the local housing authorities, and allow them to take on more of these types of responsibilities. We want to build the capacity of the local housing authorities to have the staff, such as carpenters, plumbers and electricians, on site, so they can do the work in the communities. I think that's a goal we would like to meet, realizing we do have some challenges. We are working with the local housing authorities to do more of this work in house, rather than contracting it out.
