Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, yesterday, in my Member's statement, I made the comment about the issue of the public health concern I have for children who are exposed to second-hand smoke. Subsequent to that, the Minister provided me with a position paper from the Ontario Medical Association, which talks about the very cutting-edge legislation and rules that are being put in place in other jurisdictions with respect to subjecting children to second-hand smoke. Mr. Speaker, for some time now, there are some parents in Hay River who have been asking me to raise this issue. I would like to ask the Minister, when assessing prospective adoptive homes, is whether the adoptive parents are smokers considered in the home evaluation and the suitability of the parents. Thank you.
