Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, looking at that in a comprehensive way may be a long-term solution, but right now, the fact of the matter is, if a transient shows up in Hay River today, the point of contact, if it is late at night, is somebody in Fort Smith who is probably in bed sleeping. I am sure he would be interested to know you have given his name and number in the House today. Mr. Speaker, I think we need somebody close at hand. The Department of Health and Social Services has a child protection worker on call 24-7. Is it a possibility to consider that avenue as a point of contact? Thank you.
