Mr. Speaker, I know I'm going to be repeating myself, but we do have a provision that allows for people with arrears to get back into public housing; by signing a payment plan with the local housing authority to make it clear they are going to commit themselves to paying down those outstanding arrears while they're in public housing. So they can get back into public housing, but they have to work out a plan with the local housing authority to ensure that they live up to their obligation to pay down those arrears while they're in public housing. So there is a way you can get back in, but you also have to commit yourself to making those payments. Thank you.
