Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my questions are for the Minister of Justice. Mr. Speaker, the Minister, when he talks about closing down the Dene K'onia, talks about a savings of $1.5 million. Again, we're not given anything to compare that to on the other side because we still need a place for open custody young offenders and we don't talk about how much it's going to cost to provide those services here in Yellowknife. I would assume that a lot of that $1.5 million was in fact spent on human resources and people. So the savings must be in the infrastructure or the cost of the building. I don't think it's going to take less people to look after the young offenders here. So when we're comparing the costs, let's put the numbers on the other side of the table too. What is it going to cost to operate the open custody young offenders wing here in Yellowknife? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
