Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, if we're going to keep talking about $1.5 million, we should be talking about the number on the other side of the equation. Maybe it's $1 million, maybe its $1.2 million. Mr. Speaker, I'd like to know that number. It's not something that has been readily spoken of. Mr. Speaker, on that note, when we talk about policies of this government and then how we organize ourselves to deliver programs and services, it says that in the decentralization of programs and services the Government of the Northwest Territories shall maintain standards and levels of service, and it also says that they may be prepared to pay a reasonable premium in support of an equitable distribution of benefits. How would we know what that premium might be to offer that service south of the lake in Hay River if we never hear what it costs as the alternative here in the North Slave? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
