Thank you, Madam Chair. A lot of my questions have also been answered already by a lot of the other Members' questions, but I just have a couple of technical questions on the fuel pricing. I know the department is mandated to break even on its fuel sales and there's going to be different fuel prices for different communities. I just have one quick question on the taxes that are applied to the cost of fuel. Let me just understand one thing first. When the government purchases all its fuel supplies that are going out to the communities every year at a specific rate, the government pays the GST on that fuel. Is that not correct?
