I think we need to send a message to those athletes who wanted to participate but were precluded from doing so because of bureaucratic-type barriers and obstacles that were put in front of them. Mr. Speaker, I need to tell the kids in my community something about how this government feels about how things went, and to the parents and to other people here, and I don't know what to offer them as a solution. But I think this is a distinct case where the rules changed in the middle of the game, and I think that that sends a very bad message to our youth. I want a clear answer from the Minister right now, are athletes going to be going to the Arctic Winter Games after all this around passports? Are there athletes in the NWT going to the Arctic Winter Games without passports? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
