Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, Dr. Chalmers has extensive experience up in the Beaufort-Delta, has worked in Tl'oondih and McPherson and throughout that whole area. But at the end of the day, she is just a consultant and she does her report, and she did the work we asked her to do. Now it's up to myself, as Minister of the department, the authorities, this House, to make plans and to plan for the provision of this service, which we've done and continue to do.
