Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I guess that is a good concept, to build and they will come, but if we build it, we have to pay for it. I am not sure how we do that. Mr. Speaker, I think we have to be clear. In the Yukon, I believe the military built the extension to the runway. It was not the Yukon government. The Yukon government is still struggling to deal with all the other requirements that come from having polar flights land in that airport. They are struggling to deal with the concept of having customs, being able to expand their airport facility to provide space for custom officers. There are a number of things that have to be taken into consideration if you are just looking at expanding the airport. I think that is something that we really have to study and make sure that we can pay for it, we can accommodate it, we have the room and that we have the capacity to deal with it.
