We go through each of them. On the heating and the fuel side, we could realize some savings. On the water and sanitation side, there is a reduction in water rates in some communities through MACA's new structure. So there is some possible savings there. The other is depending on the subsidies we need, we are dependent on the funding from ECE to cover that. At the end of the day, we pick it all up anyway, whether we achieve the savings or not.
