Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Is there any money that is identified at this time, say regarding O and M, money that's already been earmarked for things like this, program dollars? I understand that a proposal seeking support similar to what the Kimberlite Centre did will be entertained by this department, and I greatly appreciate that and thank you. I know that we have briefly discussed the possibility of a couple of different types of funding, O and M being one of them, and I'd just like to put on the record today if there is already money allocated for something like that.
