Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my questions are to the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment. Recently, Mr. Dent had an opportunity to come to Hay River and have a look at the Diamond Jenness Secondary School. Mr. Speaker, needless to say, the school may look nice but it isn't all that it appears. It's functionally a very difficult building to manage.

Mr. Speaker, two of the principles of our capital planning process are the protection of people and the protection of assets. I would like to ask Mr. Dent that as a result of the functional review that was done last summer, did that review indicate that this school is in dire need of upgrade, a major upgrade and renovation?
