Thank you, Mr. Speaker. We have no authority to demand the company use one kind of energy or another. Mr. Speaker, in terms of whatever the moral obligation is there, we have continued to persuade the company that using clean energy, hydro energy, is the way to go. We will continue with negotiations with them. Mr. Speaker, it's not included in the SEA but at some point if we're able to achieve an agreement, then those terms will be laid out in that agreement. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
