Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Ramsay continues to say the department has turned them down. That may have been true in a number of cases. It may have been the FMB that turned down the request because it felt it didn't have accurate information to substantiate an increase in spending. It's not going to be that every time an authority or a facility makes a request for increased spending that they are going to get it approved as we have known across the board. Each department makes requests and not all of them get approved, but I will prepare that information and prepare, as I stated, to sit down with committee. Thank you.
