Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, they are a contract and each one is an individual contract. When we went to individual contracts, it could be to a number of different facilities, not just one. So there are a number of contracts and we have more people out there. That's why you see the costs going up. As well, the contracts, I don't have the particulars of each contract, but the contracts can have factors in there that would be required for hiring expenditures, as well as if there's an extension to that contract or a new contract signed there could be an increase in that area, as well.
