Mr. Speaker, Hon.
Minister Bob McLeod is looking at the whole issue of energy in the Northwest Territories to reduce the cost of living. We’ll certainly have to sit down with the Deh Cho Bridge Corporation. With the reality of the increasing cost of fuel, we really have to sit down and look at the whole issue of a rail link into our communities. Anything’s possible. I’m not too sure what the likelihood is in terms of having a rail link across the Deh Cho Bridge. If that requires significantly more dollars, I’m willing to have that discussion amongst all Members and certainly amongst our colleagues to have this final result in terms of what we can do.
