The intent is to establish some positions outside of Yellowknife where they will be on a permanent basis, so they can set themselves up to develop better knowledge of the region where they aren’t going to be in and out from Yellowknife. We are adding money under a whole number of areas in terms of energy efficiencies, energy conservation programs and those type of areas to give people greater access as well as the benefit of the support, education, information and advice from these folks we are going to put out into the communities.
