Mr. Speaker, there will be ability through e-mail or written submissions to send in feedback and suggestions. We will look at them all, and all will be sort of added to the mix and considered as we move forward.

I would like to point out that the issue is not so much the report or response to the McCrank report. That is just the latest federal effort to try to look at improvements. For us it is the broader issue of making sure that we have a system that is effective, integrated, properly resourced and running the way it was intended the way it was contemplated and designed 10 years ago.
